Returns & Refund Policy – Calmaroo

At Calmaroo, your comfort comes first. We want you to feel confident trying our products in your own home. That’s why we offer a risk-free trial on our products and a clear, fair returns process. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@calmaroo.com. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. If your order is cancelled within 1 hour, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. Where appropriate, we may first offer a replacement or store credit. If you prefer a refund, we will honour your request in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if the item shows minor signs of use. 

Minor use means normal handling and use for testing the product. Heavy wear, misuse, visible damage, or pet damage is not considered minor use.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned. Our support team will confirm this with you if applicable.

Return Process

All approved returns must be shipped back to our international warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Returns sent to any other address cannot be accepted.

To start a return, please email info@calmaroo.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before being sent. Please ensure your order number and shipping name are included inside the return package.

Refund Timeframes

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection. Refunds may take up to 40 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider. All refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any foreign exchange or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Issues and Warranty

All Calmaroo products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please use our products responsibly and discontinue use if you experience any issues. Refunds or replacements are not provided in cases of misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. Minor packaging damage, such as dented boxes with intact products, does not qualify as product damage. If your item arrives defective or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@calmaroo.com i and include clear photos. If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work with reliable courier partners, Calmaroo cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. That said, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. If fraudulent behaviour is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you immediately.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
