At Ergova, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and without stress. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your products.
Order & Dispatch
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you another email with your tracking link and estimated delivery time. If you don’t see our emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping – FREE
Delivery in 7–15 business days after dispatch
Insured Shipping – AUD $12.99
Delivery in 7–15 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs, or courier conditions.
Tracking Your Order
We ship internationally using trusted courier partners such as Australia Post, Aramex and iMile. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Delays or No Tracking Updates?
Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to customs or courier issues. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 30 days or more, just contact us at info@ergovaofficial.com
and we’ll investigate it for you. Where applicable, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact the courier straight away. Then email us at info@Calmaroo.com
and we’ll assist you.
While delivery is handled by third-party couriers, we’ll always do our best to support you if something goes wrong.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, let us know within 48 hours of delivery at info@Calmaroo.com . If stock is available, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Otherwise, we’ll refund the affected item(s).
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes after this time.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
For some rural or remote locations, couriers may deliver to a nearby depot or collection point instead of directly to your address. This is determined by the courier. We recommend checking your tracking updates for collection details.
Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
